Privacy Policy

Last updated: Feb 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Renato Augusto Reiniger ("arietoy.com"), creator and legal owner of this website, collects, uses, and protects information from users who access and use the arietoy.com website and its games, with special consideration for our primary audience: children.

Our highest priority is the privacy of our users, especially children. We are committed to protecting the information you share with us and ensuring that your experience on our website is safe, welcoming, and transparent, in compliance with children’s data protection guidelines.

1. Personal Data: We Do Not Collect It

  • We do not request, collect, or store any personally identifiable information from children or adults (such as full name, national ID numbers, address, email, or phone number) for registration or identification purposes on our servers.
  • Names in Games: Some games may ask for a name solely for temporary on-screen display (e.g., "Congratulations, Your Name!"). This information is used only for momentary display and is NOT stored on our servers or in the device’s local storage (localStorage).

2. Data Stored Exclusively on Your Device

  • Game Scores: Game results are stored exclusively in the browser’s localStorage, which is a memory area on the user’s own device. These data remain only on the device, are not sent to or collected by our servers, and can be removed at any time by clearing browser data.

3. Usage Data Collection (Statistics – Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand, in a general and anonymous way, how users interact with the ArieToy website and to improve the overall experience.

Google Analytics collects anonymous and aggregated information such as:

  • Pages visited;
  • Time spent on the site;
  • Device type (computer, mobile phone, or tablet);
  • Approximate geographic location (city and region);
  • Browser and operating system.

We also record usage events, such as:

  • Avatar selections in games;
  • Difficulty levels chosen.

These data are used exclusively for statistical purposes and content improvement. They do not allow individual identification, are not linked to personal information, and are not used to build user profiles.

Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymization and with advertising and remarketing features disabled, following best privacy practices, especially for child-oriented environments.

For more information on how Google collects and processes data, please see the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in the user’s browser. On ArieToy, they are used only for the basic functioning of Google Analytics, as described above.

We do not use cookies to identify users, track individual behavior, or display personalized advertising.

Users can configure their browsers at any time to refuse cookies. If cookies are disabled, some parts of the website may not function properly.

5. Children’s Privacy (Our Core Commitment)

The arietoy.com website was designed for children aged 4 to 9, with or without adult supervision. Protecting children’s privacy is a core principle of the ArieToy project.

  • We do not intentionally collect personal data from children.
  • We do not encourage or allow the sharing of personal information.
  • Games and content are designed to work without requiring user identification.

If a parent or legal guardian believes that personal information may have been provided inadvertently, we ask that they contact us. We will take prompt action to remove any such data.

6. Educator Area (Optional Use)

Some ArieToy games may offer an Educator Area, intended exclusively for teachers, educators, or adult guardians, with the goal of personalizing educational activities.

In this area, educators can create customized content (such as word lists for games) that is shared across devices through an access token. The token functions as a key to load the created configurations.

Anyone who has the token can access the content associated with it. Therefore, the safekeeping and sharing of the token are the sole responsibility of the educator.

If unauthorized use is identified, the educator may generate a new token, which automatically invalidates the previous one.

On an optional basis, the educator may fill in free-text fields such as email, name, school, or class, solely for:

  • Access recovery;
  • Internal educational identification;
  • Facilitating reuse of created settings.

These fields are free-form, and ArieToy does not require or validate specific personal data.

Information provided in the Educator Area is not shared with third parties and is not used for advertising purposes.

Educators may request the deletion of this information at any time through the contact channels listed in this Policy.

7. How to Contact Us

If you have questions, suggestions, or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy or ArieToy’s privacy practices, please contact us:

  • Email: contact@arietoy.com
  • Instagram: @arietoylab

Information shared when contacting us is used solely to respond to the request and is not stored or shared for other purposes.

8. Data Subject Rights

Even though we do not directly collect identifiable personal data on our servers, we fully respect data protection principles under applicable laws, including Brazil’s LGPD and equivalent international regulations.

We are always available to clarify questions about privacy, cookies, or the use of third-party tools such as Google Analytics.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect improvements to the website or changes in legal requirements. When this happens, the "Last updated" date will be revised.

We recommend reviewing this page occasionally. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance of the updated Policy.
